Posture Lab

A Quiet Mirror
For Your Sitting Shape.

Compare your seated silhouette with a calm digital outline. The lab is a self-check, not a verdict — a soft way to notice the small adjustments your body might enjoy.

A Soft Mirror

Notice The Shape, Not The Score

The lab does not grade your posture. It is a slow, quiet check-in: a chance to look at your shoulders, head and breath in the way you might look at a horizon.

Open it once a day, or once a week. Use it before a long focus block, or right after a video call. The point is awareness, not adjustment by rule.

Inside The Lab

A Silhouette And A Quiet Checklist

When you start the lab on a supported device, a translucent figure appears beside your camera view. Use it as a soft reference — not a strict shape to copy.

Glass-Man Outline

The translucent figure shows a calm seated alignment: tall crown, soft shoulders, long back of the neck and an easy spine.

If your camera is unavailable, the silhouette still works as a visual cue you can match while looking at the screen.

What You Notice

Use the checklist as a slow tour. Take one breath at each line.

  • Are both feet resting comfortably on the floor or footrest?
  • Is the lower back supported, or curling forward into the desk?
  • Are the shoulders soft, away from the ears?
  • Is the back of the neck long, with the chin gently tucked?
  • Is the breath steady, low into the belly, without strain?
Camera Tips

Three Ways To Set Up A Useful Check

A quick setup helps the silhouette feel like a kind reference rather than a busy distraction.

Side Angle

Place your camera or phone to the side of your chair. The silhouette shows alignment most clearly from that view.

Even Light

Soft, even daylight or warm indoor light works best. Avoid strong backlighting from a window directly behind you.

One Slow Breath

Before checking the silhouette, take one slow breath. The point is calm awareness, not a perfect match.

Pair With A Move

Follow The Lab With A 60s Card

After a quiet check-in, a single one-minute move helps the body settle into the small adjustments you noticed.
